We fell in love with this traditional leg ham for many reasons. First the taste: lightly smoked infusing applewood, beechwood with herbs and spices. Amazing. It's free-range pork without gluing agents or additives just age-old techniques. Handmade: takes six days from start-to-finish - pretty cool! Its so good knowing what we feed our family is wholesome, especially our kids. We only put on our grazing tables food that we feed our own family and friends.
